• Account data: name, email address, password hash, role (broker or candidate).
• Profile data: work history, certifications, languages, location preferences, company details.
• Application data: job applications, AI screening interview answers and scores.
• Billing data: processed by our payments provider (Stripe). We never store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and usage analytics.
• Communications: messages you send via our forms or hello@piphunters.to.

• To match candidates with broker job postings.
• To run AI-based screening and produce shortlists for hiring teams.
