What an IB Manager actually owns
An IB Manager owns a portfolio of Introducing Brokers — the agents, money managers and affiliate networks that send traders to a broker. The role spans recruitment of new IBs, negotiation of commission structures, monitoring of payout reports, and policing of churn and fraud.
The strongest IB Managers come from sales or affiliate marketing backgrounds and pair commercial instinct with hard analytical skills — they live inside the IB module of the broker's CRM and the manager terminal of MT4/MT5.
