1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Pip Hunters – Forex Talent Marketplace ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. The service

Pip Hunters connects regulated forex brokers, prop firms and fintech employers with candidates seeking roles in trading, dealing, risk, compliance, MT4/MT5 and business development. We do not act as a recruitment agency and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Brokers must hold valid regulatory authorisation in the jurisdiction(s) they hire for.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting fraudulent roles, misrepresenting credentials, scraping data, or contacting users outside the Platform for purposes prohibited by applicable law.

5. Job postings & applications

Brokers are responsible for the accuracy of their job postings. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, CVs and applications. Pip Hunters reserves the right to remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable regulation.

6. Fees

Browsing roles and applying is free for candidates. Brokers may purchase job credits or subscriptions; pricing is shown at checkout and billed in the currency stated.

7. Intellectual property

All Platform content, branding and software are owned by Pip Hunters or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it for the purposes of operating the Platform.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings will result in hires or that candidates will secure employment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pip Hunters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
