Trust & Safety

A safer way to hire and get hired in forex.

Pip Hunters verifies every broker before they reach our candidates. We never ask for payment to apply, never sell your data, and we remove employers that violate our policies.

Verified Broker program

What the Verified Broker badge means.

Brokers display the Verified badge only after our trust team has manually checked their company, regulator status and hiring contacts. We re-check annually and revoke the badge for any policy violation.

1

Company & domain check

We confirm the legal entity, business email domain, and active website before any role goes live.

2

Regulator cross-check

Where a license is claimed (CySEC, FCA, FSCA, ASIC, DFSA, etc.), we verify it on the regulator's public register.

3

Hiring contact verification

We talk to a named decision-maker — HR lead, COO or founder — and link the account to that person.

4

Annual re-verification

Verified status expires after 12 months. Brokers re-confirm regulator and contact details to keep the badge.

Safe hiring policy

Rules every employer agrees to before posting.

Never charge candidates

Brokers may not request fees for applications, training, equipment, or 'guaranteed' placements.

No off-platform recruiting before identity check

All first contact stays inside Pip Hunters until the candidate confirms they want to move forward.

Honest job descriptions

Salary, location, license and remote policy must match what the candidate signs. Misleading listings are removed.

Respect candidate data

CVs and contact details may only be used for the role applied to — no resale, no spam, no third-party sharing.

Respond within 14 days

Brokers must update application status (review, interview, decline) within two weeks of submission.

No discrimination

Hiring decisions must be based on skills and experience — never on gender, ethnicity, religion, age, or nationality.

Anti-scam guidance

Red flags candidates should never ignore.

No legitimate broker on Pip Hunters will ask for any of these. If something feels off, stop the conversation and report it.

Asks you to pay anything

Application fees, 'training packages', deposits for equipment, or paying to unlock interviews are all scams.

Pushes you to a personal messenger immediately

Legitimate brokers use company email or scheduled calls. Be careful with WhatsApp/Telegram from a number you don't know.

Job offer without an interview

No regulated broker hires for a real role without at least one screening conversation.

Requests bank details, ID, or passport before an offer

Identity documents are only required after a written offer and through the broker's official HR system — never via chat.

Vague company name or no website

If you can't find the company on the regulator's register or the website looks brand new, treat it as high risk.

'Crypto recovery', 'pip-flipping', or guaranteed-return promises

These are not jobs. They are investment scams disguised as roles. Report and walk away.

Spotted something suspicious?
